The TEAS requirement will be waived for students completing the STC Allied Health Certificate with a 2.5平均绩点 or higher and/or ACT sub-scores of at least 21 in both Reading and Math.
An active phlebotomy certificate, diploma or degree will be taken into consideration for equivalent requirements.
